Onitsuka Tiger and tokidoki

Onitsuka Tiger has teamed up with Japanese inspired lifestyle brand tokidoki to launch a limited edition collection of trainers. tokidoki began life as the personal website of Italian artist Simone Legno and he intended to use it as a platform for his work but it was soon spotted and nurtured by Pooneh Mohajer, the co-founder of American make-up brand Hard Candy. tokidoki now sells vinyl toys, skateboards, jewellery and clothes and after successful partnerships with brands including as iSkin and LeSportSac has joined forces Onitsuka Tiger.
The collection includes bold, graphic designs on the inner lining and sole and cheeky-looking tiger cartoons created by Legno. Four colour combinations are available; two unisex colours in sizes 4-10 and two colours especially for the ladies in sizes 3-8. The designs, all priced at £85, are available from Onitsuka Tiger's Newburgh Street, London store and each comes with a free coordinating toy tiger.
