Sales guru books...

Posts: 11967 Joined: 2004-07-10	I have the following.. "Cold calling for cowards" by Jerry Hocutt Brian Tracy's classic, "Psychology of Selling". Ari Galper's "Unlock the Game" But it's a little bit of hassle for me to get them, so read up on them and tell me if they will actually be worthwhile/suitable.

Im going to be selling on the phone when I start but the customer is going to have the service one way or the other, (so its not really cold calling) whether it be us or a competitor. Im off to uni now but ill pm you when im back, anymore suggestions welcomed.
