Bump

Looking at new mattresses. I am leaning towards a Tempur Original Elite, having tried Vispring, Emma, Vispring + a few others I can't remember. My only concern is getting too hot in the summer and a lot of people say that memory foam mattresses tend to retain a lot of heat compared with pocket sprung one which tend to be made of natural fibers. I appreciate mattress choice is entirely personal but I would appreciate it if anyone could share their experience of a Tempur mattress/could recommend some other memory foam ones that I might have missed. So far, I have visited Furniture Village, John Lewis and one of my local dept. stores. Its a big purchase so want to make sure I make the right one.

I got a Tempur mattress from Dreams. Read all the stuff about getting too warm, but I've never noticed it. This might be because I prefer it, so not really been an issue for me. No regrets buying it at all. I always miss it when I'm away from home.
