Helsinki is every englishman's dream. Lots of english beer, locals speaking english and one thing in common, we both like to get lashed

I'm going to Italy in Feb. Staying in Piacenza - near to Florence, Venice and Milan.

I've got about 4 days to kill by myself before a few days skiing in the alps.

Anyone familiar with this neck of the woods?

TIA.

I'm going to Paris on friday for the weekend. Used Superfuture for a shopping guide and i've got the time out guide for places to go, bars and restaurants etc..

However i'm looking to travel fairly light as its only a few days so need to know what the general dress code is in bars and restaurants? Pretty casual???

If I go to Newquay this weekend will there be much going on / many people about or is it too early?? Stoney?

Going on a road trip in that direction basically so any other options would be great.

TIA.
