Store: Tres Bien Store
Service: Excellent, really friendly and always really fast to reply to emails and a with a bit of banter. Returns never a problem
Delivery Times: Fast from Sweden (Dublin 2-3 days)
Good Point: Probably one of the best stores, if not the best on the web at the moment, and new ranges been added this year…
Bad Points: Bad sales, only ever seem to offer 20-30% off, last years models(no oki-ni) we're slightly off putting!
Score: 9/10
Store: Oi Polloi

Store: Uniqlo
Service: Average/poor
Delivery Times: Reasonable 3 days from despatch. I do not think that they ship over weekends.
Good Point: Good items for the price. Quick email response on weekdays. Offer online tracking
Bad Points: Limited stock range and sizes.
No back views of items.
Beware of the despatch and check the amount, I used the 20% discount code which made the the Mac coat I got £47.99, but the not states £59.99. "Details of your order are shown on this page and your debit/credit card been charged with the amount shown"

Caliroots has the worst customer service.
They have sent me wrong colors, wrong sizes and even completely wrong items.
once i ordered a backpack and got a book. nice.
once they never paid me back the promised shipping fees i had to pay for the return of the wrong item.
During sales the shipping time can be like a month.
Usually its less than a week though.
i have received the real items eventually but never they have apologized for their fuck ups. they actually act pretty offended if you email them.
If you visit the store the customer service is great though.
even by phone they are pretty ok.
They answer to their emails sometimes, seems like when they feel like it. usually slow if ever.
i try to stay away from them nowdays.

dogshit customer service, ordered a tshirt that arrived with a massive backprint not mentioned or photographed so i sent it back for a refund, 2 weeks no refund, so i sent 3 emails and left a telephone message but no call back, or refund to this day!!
worst service ever!
