Grind BMX are superb, great service.
Appreciate this is a bit niche for here but was very impressed.

Ordered two different tees from them and got sent two of the same design in different colours. Sent them a polite message on Saturday not expecting a reply until Monday, but got an apology within an hour (such a small thing but so many shops don’t even manage this).
Was asked for a pic of the labels as it was a supplier error, this got sent to them and I got a mail saying they probably wouldn’t respond until Monday but he’d chase this up then.
On Monday I got an email from the supplier confirming I would have the correct tee on Tuesday morning and the shop emailed to confirm this AND saying I could keep the extra tee I didn’t order.

You always learn more about a shop when something goes wrong but they managed to leave me with a better impression that I would have had if I’d just got the right order.

I used them a couple of years ago for some reigning champ stuff. Good experience, very quick delivery and customs and taxes paid for at checkout so no surprises.

Eastdane are great. Free shipping with Amazon Prime too

Its owned by Amazon so you should be fine. as said, quick shipping and paid upfront on customs etc.

Wrong Weather and Orimono - both impressive, arrived next day from Portugal and Germany. Nicely packaged and helpful with sizing queries beforehand.

Ordered twice this last month, 4 items in each order. Both orders were delayed (with me having to ask why) because they couldn’t find items at the time and never actually did.

Pretty slow on refunds too.

5/10. I don’t like ordering from them but can’t argue with the range of products they stock (if can be found).

Can never find anything from the search bar so apologies in advance…

Was reading up some Customs posts - i'm looking to ship from Haven in Canada, but was wondering about customs when it hits the UK. The canadian website says this:

Please note that Canada has signed a Comprehensive and Economic Trade Agreement with the EU thus a reduced or zero rate of duty may apply.

Any first hand experience from shipping from Haven?

Agreed. Ordered some homeware stuff and even tho they say theu aren't held as physical stock it took way longer. The main thing was lack of communication / replies once things went over the estimate.

That's the nature for a lot of online homeware retailers, even the big ones like nest.co.uk, they order from the brand directly and then have it shipped over.

Not defending them, as you're right, the radio silence and the estimated times stated on the website are far from accurate, but their customer service (looks like it's one guy called Jack) are spot on when you do get a response from them.

I've ordered a load of Hay stuff from them and it's been smooth sailing, even the return process, only downer as mentioned, is the lead time.

evrytime ive ordered recently ive had issues with customs and actually ended up having to just return to sender without receiving, last time fedex wanted 350 quid in duty for some reason on 500cad worth of gear, shame as they are great store and people and good service but for some reason i always get hit with the customs issue

I got no customs on an order from Blue Button Shop, but only because they marked at 50cad I think.
