Little bit small to size. I’m a 34 and I wear an L. They’re a little loose. I’ve also got an M which are tad shorter but waist is stretchy

What’s the sizing like on the nylon metals?

I’ve got the Brushed Cotton ones in Olive and they were tts for me. 31/32 waist and went medium.
