Definitely go Explorer. I've got the Explorer in 39mm (present from my wife) and love it but reckon I'd love it even more in 36mm. There's something about the 39 that's slightly niggly to me. I think it's that to me the Oyster case is better on a 36 than a 39.

Thats the beauty. How much did you yours set you back or did you pay retail? This equally is
10 pineapples, 3 rimjobs, and retail. great watch and would suit your get ups. grand seiko also topper top, arguably more interesting, and would remove a lot of the hassle that comes with getting a roley + again a great fit for u.
until trying this on in person i didn't know how much i loved it, haven't taken it off.

I like it but it’s not my style. I think I’m going to get the XL tank in steel. Going to try on the rose gold in L one more time to make up my mind

Yeah i watched that one. I like the fact that there is no reflection on the new one. Need to go and try one on and then just lump resale prices. Best side by side comparison video out there
My AD said 4-20 years waiting list and they aren't taking any more. Tudor was easier, possible 6 months.

The santos Dumont comes in XL in rose gold too, compared to other brands it’s a decent price for a gold watch. Was looking at one myself but ended up going for the stainless steel, should arrive this morning.
