Couldn't find any threads so started one
playing a few records over in york this Sunday, late afternoon, wouldn't mind getting to a few shops earlier on. any recommendations?
coggles is in york isn't it?

To be honest in terms of clothes shops, theres only really Coggles
Love York, but not the greatest for shopping…. get some cakes from Bettys!

As above, really - just Coggles. There's a Van Mildert too, but can't remember it stocking anything decent.
There's a couple of OK record shops in York though: Rebound on Gillygate, and one upstairs near Swinegate. Not sure if they'd be open on a Sunday though.

I would probably just go to the outlet, it has all the usual shops; FP, Paul Smith, a big RL and a few other decent shops.

be prepared to que with the japs for the main bettys. m howell in the outlet is worth a check too

would have loved to go to margaret howell store but im travelling by train to york station, so city centre only im afraid.
how far is coggles from the station?

Skosh - Small plates
Tomahawk - Decent for Steaks, Sunday Dinner, was started over Teesside way but got them all over now so do a good Parmo too
Spark has some decent food places all out of shipping containers and Shambles Market too
